The morning we commenced a 3 month road-trip in our van, the fridge packed it in. Made a phone call to the manufacturers technical staff who suggested it might be time for a replacement fridge. After a panicked phone call to `Keep Travelling', we were told to bring it straight in for a diagnoses. The owner dropped what he was doing and less than an hour later we were on our way. Outstanding customer service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Traveling through Wollongong on our way to Melbourne we were exiting a carpark and we tore the feet off the rear stabilisers on our caravan. Fiona arranged us to call in at 7.30 the following morning and had us back on the road by 8.30 with new feet. Very pleasant and easy to deal with, we would highly recommend.
